Fine teeth on one end, wide on the other, so you can work a whole fade — guard line, blend, taper — without putting the comb down.

Flip to the fine teeth as you come down into the taper. The wide end opens the section up top where there is length to move, and the fine end catches the short hair at the bottom that the wide teeth walk straight past.
